A Grade Ahead’s 4th grade English program introduces students to a new world of reading and writing. Students will use their creativity to develop advanced writings. Our English lessons are aligned with national and state standards and our curriculum incorporates language arts topics such as:

Apply scientific thinking to the world.
Applying scientific thinking across Earth science, physical science, and life science — building real-world reasoning skills through 16 weeks of focused enrichment.
With the 4th grade science activities, students will begin with an accelerated scientific method introduction through exploration and inquiry-based learning. When presented a real-life problem, students will learn how to think scientifically to reach a conclusion and gain support. Students in our enrichment science program will work through a series of Earth, physical, and life sciences where they will apply their scientific thinking skills.
